The little things add up

Sound like your house?

You like living together. It’s the keeping track of everything that gets tiring.

The money conversation

“Have you sent your share?”

You paid the bill. Now you’re checking messages, doing the maths and trying to remember who’s sorted.

Let the bill do the explaining.

See each person’s share and follow pending, sent and confirmed updates in one place.

Explore shared bills
The double food shop

“We both bought milk. Again.”

One person went after work. Someone else stopped on the way home. The essentials still didn’t all make it back.

Shop from the same list.

Keep the household shopping list on the Notice Board and check what is still left to buy.

Explore the Notice Board
The disappearing plan

“Wait, was that this Saturday?”

The idea was in the chat somewhere. So were three different times and a lot of messages since.

Give the plan a proper home.

Put it in the shared calendar, collect responses and subscribe on your phone so the plan is easier to find again.

Built around the way you live together

One shared home.
Fewer loose ends.

The bills, the bin night, the plans and the “where did we put that?” moments. Cofori gives each part of shared living a place.

01 / Home

See the whole house at a glance.

Start with what matters: what is due, what is still outstanding and what needs your attention. Your home dashboard brings the month together before the small jobs become big conversations.

  • A clear monthly picture

See the household total, your share and outstanding amounts in one place.

  • The next thing to do

Find due bills, reminders and pinned household items without hunting through different screens.

  • A home with people in it

Housemate profiles, home status and a shared portrait put your household at the centre.

Current interface with Maple House example data. Select to view the full preview.
02 / Bills & spending

Split the cost. Skip the awkward chase.

From broadband to the big food shop, give every shared expense a clear home. Everyone can check their share and see where things stand, without another spreadsheet or a trail of screenshots.

  • Shared bills, clear responsibility

Keep the amount, due date, payer and each person’s share together. Recurring bills stay easy to recognise.

  • Know what is actually settled

Follow pending, sent and confirmed payment updates, so sending a share and receiving it are clear to everyone.

  • Your spending stays yours

Switch to personal bills for your own purchases, while shared household costs stay in the shared view.

Current interface with Maple House example data. Select to view the full preview.
03 / Notice Board

Give “someone should do that” a place to land.

A useful home for the things that get buried in the group chat. Pin shopping lists, chores, reminders and household notes where everyone knows to look.

  • One shopping list for the house

Keep the weekly shop together and see how many items are still left to buy.

  • Chores with a name and a date

Make responsibilities visible with assigned tasks, due dates and recurring household jobs.

  • The details worth keeping

Pin notices, helpful notes and reminders. Browse collections or search when you need something again.

Current interface with Maple House example data. Select to view the full preview.
04 / Plans

Make “we should” actually happen.

Games night, the next food shop or a house dinner: put it on the calendar and give everyone the same details. Keep shared plans and personal plans organised in their own views.

  • See the week or month ahead

Switch calendar views and filter by housemate to find the plans you need.

  • Find a time together

Use the availability feature to work out when the household can get together.

  • Your plans, on your phone

Connect your personal Cofori calendar once to see plans involving you in a compatible calendar app. New details, changes and cancellations follow on its next refresh.

  • A little heads-up from Pockets

Receive branded plan emails for invitations, updates and cancellations. Calendar reminders are included for 24 hours before, 1 hour before and the start, subject to your calendar settings.

Current interface with Maple House example data. Select to view the full preview.
05 / Chat

Keep the conversation close to the action.

Talk about the house in the same place you organise it. A quick question about a bill or a plan no longer needs to send everyone searching through another app.

  • The whole house or just one person

Move between household chat and direct messages for the right conversation.

  • Say it your way

Send replies, mentions, reactions, photos and voice notes. Unread indicators help you spot household messages and direct conversations needing attention.

  • Talk it through

Start a voice or video call with people in your household, from a direct conversation or the household chat.

  • Plans belong in the conversation

See shared plan cards and respond in chat. Search the conversation when you need to find something again.

The people behind Cofori

Shared living deserves
a little more care.

We’re Emmanuel, Hollie, Kevin, Michael and Oluwatobi. We’re building Cofori to make the everyday work of sharing a home easier to manage together.

A bill needs splitting. A shopping list needs updating. Someone has a plan for the weekend. Each thing is small, but keeping track of all of it can become a job of its own.

Cofori brings those details into one shared home, with clear responsibilities and a bit of personality from Pockets. Our aim is simple: less time managing the house, more time enjoying living in it.

We’re building it together and inviting households to help shape the beta. Tell us what feels useful, what feels awkward and what would make Cofori work better for your home.

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Here’s how the shared space, payment tracking and beta work. Need something else? Get in touch.

What can our household use Cofori for?

Organise shared bills and personal spending, keep shopping lists and chores on the Notice Board, make plans and chat with your household. Home brings the key updates together, while Settings holds household details and your preferences.

Can plans appear in my phone calendar?

Yes. Open Settings → Phone calendar & plan emails in Cofori Beta and connect your personal calendar feed. It includes plans involving you across your households, excluding declined plans. Apple Calendar supports calendar subscriptions; Google Calendar can subscribe using From URL on the web. Updates depend on the calendar app’s refresh timing. Edit plans and RSVP in Cofori.

How do calendar reminders and Pockets emails work?

The calendar feed includes reminders for 24 hours before, 1 hour before and at the start of a plan. Your calendar app must allow them; on iPhone, turn Remove Alerts off in the subscription details and leave Event Alerts on. Cofori cannot change those Apple settings for you. Plan emails from Pockets cover invitations, changes and cancellations, and can be switched off independently in Cofori Settings. Calendar alerts, emails and Cofori push notifications are separate.

What is shared with my household?

Shared bills, household plans, Notice Board items and the household chat are for the people in your home. Bills and Plans have separate Shared and Personal views, and Chat offers direct messages as well as the household conversation. Check which view you’re using before adding something. Read our privacy information for more about how Cofori handles your data.

Does Cofori transfer money or pay bills?

No. Cofori helps calculate shares and record payment updates. You transfer money using your usual bank or payment service, outside Cofori. Cofori does not hold your money, initiate transfers or verify payments with your bank.

What do pending, sent and confirmed mean?

These are updates recorded by household members. Pending means a share is still awaiting an update. Sent means someone has marked their share as sent; confirmed means the recipient has confirmed receiving it. They help everyone keep track, but they are not automatic bank verification.

What does being in beta mean?

Cofori Beta is a test version we’re improving with feedback from real households. Features and layouts may change, and you may encounter bugs. Try it together and tell us what needs attention through Settings → Help & Feedback. Keep important records elsewhere while testing.

Do I need to download an app?

Open beta.cofori.app in your browser. On iPhone, use Safari’s Share menu → Add to Home Screen. On Android, use your browser’s Install app or Add to Home screen option. You can also use Cofori on a computer.

Should my housemates join too?

Yes. The most useful test is with your household. One person creates the home, then shares the household code or QR invitation. Everyone joins the same home.

What should I include when reporting a bug?

Tell us what you tried, what you expected and what happened. Add your device and browser, plus a screenshot if helpful. Leave passwords, bank details and other sensitive information out of screenshots.

Where do I send feedback?

In Cofori Beta, open Settings → Help & Feedback. You can also email support@cofori.com.

A little further ahead

One Cofori.
Many possibilities.

Today, we’re bringing shared homes together. Tomorrow, who knows where Pockets might go?

Cofori started with a simple idea: making shared living easier. But we believe the same simplicity could help people organise other parts of life, from workplaces and communities to shared spaces.

We’re exploring what the future of Cofori could look like.
